•  Reservation:

• The minimum stay in our apartments is 2 nights (excepted high seasson).

• The published prices are per night, for the whole apartment and a week rental (Please consult the section on long stays).

• To make a reservation we require the payment of 30% of the total price by bank transfer. A copy of the bank receipt must be sent to us by fax or email. The reservation can not be confirmed until we have received the bank receipt. Any transfer costs are to be met by the client and may under no circumstances be deducted from the total amount payable.

• The remaining 70% is to be paid in cash to our agents on arrival at the apartment, at which point the keys will be handed over.

• After we received the booking payment, we will confirm it by email, and the client has to fill it with the arrival time at the apartment 2 days before the entrance.

•  The Deposit:

• On arrival at the apartment, in addition to making the required payment, the client is requested to make a deposit of 150 Euros as a guarantee against possible breakages. This amount will be returned in full when the client departs.

• The deposit will be retained, either in part or in full, in the case of damage or breakages caused by the client to the apartment or its fixtures and fittings.

•  Cleanliness:

• The apartments are provided with clean towels and bed sheets for the right number of people, also it has kitchen utensils, a hair-drier, an iron and everything necessary to make our clients stay as comfortable as possible.

•  The apartments are thoroughly cleaned at the end of each client’s stay. If the client requires that the apartment be given an additional cleaning during his or her stay then this may be arranged subject to the payment of a supplementary fee.

• The client is expected to leave the apartment in the same condition as he or she found it. It must be  clean and without any rubbish left behind. If an apartment is found to be in an especially poor state then an additional cleaning charge will be deducted from the client’s deposit of 30€.

•  Arrival and Departure Times:

• Arrival times should be between 13h. and 21h., please consult us if you may need enter before 13h. we'll do our best if in this apartment there are any other check-out the same day.

• Arrivals after 21h. will be treated as “late arrivals” and entail the payment of a surcharge (30€).

• Departure times should be between 8h. and 11h., please consult us the conditions if you may need check-out later 11h.

• If the departure hour is before 8h. , the security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, and the costs (if could may be any) are in charge of the client .

• Clients must inform us of their times of arrival at least 2 days before the entrance and they must call the phone number that we'll inform from the airport, train station or if the arrival is by car, 30-40 km before arriving to Valencia.

•  Noise:

All of our apartments are in the city and are located in buildings in which people are living

Our clients are asked to respect the occupants of the neighbouring apartments and to ensure that noise levels are kept to a reasonable level at all times.

Clients are not permitted to hold parties in our apartments.


• Clients are required to undertake that they will make a reasonable use of the apartments and that they free the company from all liabilty for any damages they may suffer as a consequence of breaking this undertaking.

• Clients are advised that if they should lose the keys to the apartment then they will be required to pay the cost of changing the lock.

• The company accepts no responsibility for any objects brought to or kept in the apartment.

• If  the company is  unable to offer or to continue offering the client the apartment that they have reserved due to circumstances beyond its control, the company reserves the right to accommodate the client in another similar apartment. If the client and the company are unable to reach an agreement then both parties have the right to cancel the contract. If the contract is cancelled then the company will reimburse the client all the payments made ( excepting those due for days already spent in the apartment)

•  Other Conditions:

• Animals are not permitted in the apartments.

• The act of reserving an apartment implies the total and unconditional acceptance of the general terms of lease.

• If clients find that something in the apartment is broken or they break something in the course of their stay then they are  requested to contact us immediately so the damage may be assessed and any repairs may be carried out. Clients will be given an emergency number on which they can contact us 24 hours a day.

•  Personal details:

• In compliance with article 5, section 1. a) of the Act for the Protection of  Personal Information, the client is hereby informed that any information of a personal nature that the client provides us with will be held confidentially on our files and used only in order provide an efficient service. Only selected members of our staff have access to these files. The client has the rights of access to, objection to, rectification of and the removal of any information on these files in the terms provided for by the law .
